Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of salonmadesimple.com and any courses, content, or membership offered by Salon Made Simple ("Salon Made Simple," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our courses.

1. Who Can Use Our Courses

Our courses are designed for licensed and practicing cosmetology professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course or create an account.

2. Your Account and Course Access

When you purchase a course or membership, you're granted a personal, non-transferable license to view that content for your own individual use. Your login credentials and course access are for you alone — they are not to be shared, sold, gifted, streamed, downloaded for redistribution, or otherwise made available to any other person or account, whether for free or for payment.

If we determine that your account, login credentials, or course access have been shared with or used by anyone other than you, we reserve the right to immediately remove your access to all courses and any membership — without notice and without any refund, in whole or in part.

This applies regardless of how the access was shared (a shared password, a group log-in, screen-sharing or re-recording lessons, reselling a seat, etc.) and regardless of whether payment was received for the shared access.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time; changes will not affect courses you've already purchased. Single-course purchases include lifetime access to that course as described on the course page; All-Access Membership is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable once course content has been accessed, except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Access removed for a violation of Section 2 (account sharing) is not eligible for any refund.

4. Membership Cancellation

All-Access Membership can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to membership content through that period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All course videos, materials, text, graphics, and other content on salonmadesimple.com are owned by Salon Made Simple or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a course does not transfer any ownership rights to you — you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our content outside the personal license described in Section 2.

6. No Professional or Guaranteed Results

Our courses teach hair styling and extension techniques for educational purposes. We don't guarantee any particular outcome, certification, client result, or income from completing a course. You are responsible for practicing techniques safely, within your training and licensing, and for any services you perform on clients. Salon Made Simple is not liable for any damages, injury, or loss arising from your use or application of the techniques taught in our courses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Made Simple and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or courses. Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our site or courses after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
